THE DESIGN PROCESS

Our first step in the interior fit out is to meet you at your office. We’ll get the basic practicalities done, such as measuring the floor area and assessing the site to help us see how to make the most of its potential. We’ll also spend time getting to know you, your business and your brand. This is our first introduction to you as our client, and the most important part of the fit-out process. It’s your chance to tell us about your objectives and how you want your new office refurbishment to benefit your company. A senior member of our design team will sit down with you and ask the questions we need to have answered to understand you and your space. We’ll make sure we don’t just look at the practicalities. We want to get a feel for the mood and style you want to create and see how we can reflect your brand values in our design.

When the initial consultation has been done and measurements made, our design team will begin drawing up design options for you to choose from. We’ll translate the conversations we had in stage one into inspiring designs that your staff and customers will love, and that reflect everything that’s important to you. Our goal is always to make your staff happy and productive.

This is where we’ll meet with you to talk about the designs we created in stage two. We’ll talk you through them, letting you know why we chose the options we did, setting out how we see the design working and taking you through the advantages and disadvantages of each. This isn’t a presentation, but a conversation. We’ll want to know what you think as much as you’ll want to know what we have to show you. We’ll bring brochures and product samples with us to make it easy for you to visualise your finished space and make your final design choices. When we know what you think, we’ll take that feedback to our design studio and spend time fine-tuning your chosen design. We’ll share our expert knowledge with you at every stage of the design process, but it’s especially important in this, stage three. Our team will guide you through every aspect of each design, explaining details and possible outcomes, and talking about how each design will help you project the image you want.

We’ll provide you with a final design, including 3D renderings, so you can see exactly what your new office will look like. We'll also discuss ordering, delivery and installation of your new furniture, based on our final design specifications. Once we’ve finalised and then built our design, it’s time for you to move in. There’s a lot to think about on moving day, and it can be overwhelming. That’s why we also look after the interior fit out to provide the help you’ll need to make sure the transition goes smoothly. We’ll deal with everything, from the initial move into the finishing touches. We hope you’ll thrive and grow in your new space.
