We strive for excellence at every level of every project. We check and monitor our work as we go, meaning potential problems are caught early, dealt with immediately and don’t slow us down. This means we can make sure everything is perfect when we hand over your new office space.
When we design your new office, our project managers will prepare and share detailed plans with you, helping make sure all run without a hitch. Careful planning means work can start quickly – we’ll get started as soon as you sign off the final designs. Once work has begun, our project managers will keep a close eye on progress. They’ll make sure everything goes to plan during the build and everyone sticks to the schedule we’ve agreed. You’ll be able to move in as soon as we finish up.
All of our fit-outs meet, and often exceed, even the toughest health and safety standards. Our project managers work to make sure your build is both sustainable and safe.
We’ll handle all the project admin, so you don’t have to. All the teams involved in your project will report to a single point of contact – the project manager. They will report to you regularly during the work, supporting you until the site is handed over and your business has moved into your finished space. This means we can guarantee that your project will be delivered on time, on budget and to your chosen design.
We will create a flexible, efficient workplace that will save you money and leave your staff happier and healthier. Whatever your needs, our expert team of project managers will meet them. Simply talk to us about what you’d like, including details large and small. You might need noise levels to be kept down during the build, or a particular part of it finished first. No problem – our project managers are here to deal with exactly this kind of request. When our work is done, we’ll carry out a final inspection, with you alongside us. This is your opportunity to point out things that need fixing or ask any last minute questions you have. We’ll smooth out snags before we agree on the final sign off with you.
